Free Heart Checks at Liverpool Catholic Club
We’re proud to be taking part in Heartbeat of the Community, a national health initiative bringing free heart checks to local clubs across Australia.
On Saturday 7 March & Thursday 2 April, we’ll be offering free, walk-in heart health checks for members and the wider community.
The checks are quick, painless and provided by qualified health professionals. No booking needed. Walk-ins are welcome!

Who can participate in the heart health checks?
The heart health checks are open to club members, staff, and the broader community—anyone aged 18yo+ who wants a heart health check.
How long do heart health checks take?
Each check takes just a few minutes and includes a simple assessment by a trained professional. In less than 10 minutes, nurses measure a person’s blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and provide information on modifiable risk factors and healthy heart habits.
All done by qualified nurses, right in our club.
