Event ticketing terms & conditions

Conditions of sale and attendance

Two smiling women are outdoors looking at a smartphone. One points at the screen while the other holds the phone. They are standing on a path with greenery and a lamp post in the background.
  1. Acceptance of terms
By clicking ‘Finalise Order’, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, including the refund, exchange and attendance conditions. Online orders remain subject to payment approval and billing verification.

  2. Payment and ticket issue
Tickets will only be issued after full payment has been received and successfully processed.

  3. Valid ticket required
Every patron must hold a valid ticket for the relevant event and present it when requested by Club staff.

  4. Box office sales
Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased from Reception or the Box Office until the advertised performance start time.

  5. Customer-requested refunds
Change-of-mind refund requests must be made in writing to info@liverpoolcatholic.com.au at least 72 hours (3 days) before the advertised show start time. We consider requests case by case and will generally respond within 3 business days. Change-of-mind refunds are not normally available within 72 hours of the show, though an exchange or transfer may be considered instead.

  6. Ticket exchanges and transfers
Exchange or transfer requests must be made in person at Reception or by calling (02) 8784 4878 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Requests are subject to availability, the relevant event conditions and approval.

  7. Event changes, postponement or cancellation
The Club may make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, seating or performers.

If show cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, there are NO CASH REFUNDS available at the Reception Box office. Ticket holders will be contacted within 24 hours to make arrangements.

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances outside the Club’s control, available remedies will depend on the specific circumstances and these terms.
Ticket holders will be contacted as soon as reasonably practicable — generally within 24 hours of the Club’s decision.

  8. Club entry requirements
All patrons must comply with the Registered Clubs Act 1976, applicable liquor laws and Club entry requirements. Non-members may be required to sign in as a temporary member or as the guest of a member and provide acceptable identification when requested.

  9. Age restrictions
Unless an event is expressly advertised otherwise, shows are restricted to patrons aged 18 years and over. A minor may be refused entry without a refund where the age restriction was clearly disclosed before purchase.

  10. Late arrival and re-entry
Latecomers may only be admitted at a suitable break, if one is available, and at the discretion of event staff. Patrons leaving during the show or interval must have their ticket scanned out or obtain a pass-out and present it to re-enter.

  11. Photography and recording
Photography, audio recording, video recording and other recording devices are not permitted unless expressly authorised by the Club or event organiser.

  12. Food and beverages
Food and beverages not purchased within the Club must not be brought in or consumed on Club premises.

  13. Companion Card Ticketing
A valid NSW Companion Card must be sighted for the initial set-up of a Companion Card booking. Once the card has been verified, tickets can be purchased in person at the reception desk or over the phone.

1. A valid NSW Companion Card must be presented when requested, including for initial verification and, where required, at entry.

2. The Companion Card holder is entitled to one complimentary ticket for their essential companion.

3. The Companion Card holder must attend the event with their companion. The complimentary companion ticket cannot be used without the Companion Card holder.

4. Companion Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged.

5. The Companion Card holder and their companion will be seated together wherever reasonably possible, subject to venue and event seating arrangements.

6. If assistance is required to book a Companion Ticket, please contact the Reception Desk.

7. Companion Card bookings are subject to the applicable event, venue and ticketing terms and conditions.
