Cafe Supervisor, Event Supervior and / or Brasserie Supervisor Positions Available

 

Lead our food outlets and create memorable dining experiences for our patrons.

 

This is a full-time position with more than one position available. 

 

About the Role – 

 

As our passionate and enthusiastic Café or Brasserie Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered.
  • Training and development of staff.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Maintain cleaning and WH&S standards.
  • Input into daily / weekly specials and seasonal menus.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Communicates effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivator.
  • RSA Card.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Honesty and integrity.
  • Well-presented and tidy.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Available for a variety of shifts (day, evening and weekends).
